摘要
建设全国统一碳排放权交易市场是落实我国"碳达峰、碳中和"目标的重要政策抓手,而企业碳排放数据质量是全国碳排放管理以及碳市场健康发展的重要基础.本文结合主管部门对火电企业碳排放数据质量的管控要求,开发了一套火电厂碳排放监测溯源平台,能够实现碳排放核算监测数据自动采集、自动存证、自动核算、自动校验,有效保障火电企业碳排放数据质量.
Abstract
The construction of a national unified carbon emission trading market is an important policy to implement China's goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutralization",and the quality of enterprise carbon emission data is an important basis for the healthy development of the national carbon emission management and carbon market.Combined with the management and control requirements of the competent department for the quality of carbon emission data of thermal power enterprises,this paper developed a set of carbon emission monitoring traceability platform for thermal power plants,which can realize the automatic collection,automatic certificate storage,automatic accounting and automatic verification of carbon emission accounting monitoring data,so as to effectively ensure the quality of carbon emission data of thermal power enterprises.
