Application of Welding Smoke Purifier in Closed Space Welding and Gas Cutting Operations
In the welding operation,some toxic substances are often generated,which are dispersed in the air and invade the liver,lungs,cardiovascular and blood of people through the respiratory tract,resulting in occupational diseases.Starting from the formation,characteristics and hazards of welding pollution,this paper proposes practical prevention and control measures-the application of welding fume purifiers.The welding fume purifier is mainly used for the collection and purification of welding and gas cutting fumes.By analyzing the structure and basic working principle of the welding fume purifier,the fume purification effect and the air quality around the solder joint were studied by using the equipment in different working conditions such as outdoor and indoor enclosed spaces.The results show that the use of welding fume purifier can reduce the concentration of toxic and harmful gases and solid particles generated in the operation,which plays a positive role in protecting the health of workers and reducing air pollution.
