摘要
基于数理模型的燃煤锅炉故障在线诊断系统是一个复杂而重要的系统,它利用数学和物理模型对燃煤锅炉的运行状态进行实时监测和诊断.基于此,本文阐述了燃煤锅炉系统的运行现状,从运行控制角度归纳了影响锅炉在线诊断的重要因素,分析了现行燃煤锅炉在运行方面存在的不足,描述了基于数理模型燃煤锅炉故障诊断系统的基本原理和实现功能,以期为燃煤锅炉系统运行指导和提前预警工作提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The online fault diagnosis system for coal-fired boilers based on mathematical models is a complex and important system that utilizes mathematical and physical models to monitor and diagnose the operating status of coal-fired boilers in real-time.This article elaborates on the current operation status of coal-fired boiler systems,summarizes the important factors that affect online diagnosis of boilers from the perspective of operation control,analyzes the shortcomings of current coal-fired boilers in operation,describes the basic principles and implementation functions of a coal-fired boiler fault diagnosis system based on mathematical models,in order to provide certain reference and reference for the operation guidance and early warning work of coal-fired boiler systems.
