The Effect of Flow Distribution in Dual Stage Axial Cyclone on Combustion Chamber Performance
In order to study the effect of flow distribution in a two-stage axial cyclone on the performance of the combustion chamber, two different flow distribution cyclones were designed. The experimental results show that increasing the gas flow ratio of the first and second stage cyclones improves the ignition performance of the combustion chamber by 17%,but reduces the flameout performance by 10.6%;Increasing the gas flow ratio of the first and second stage cyclones can significantly improve the outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber, with OTDF reduced by 28%and RTDF basically unchanged.
