双级轴向旋流器流量分配对燃烧室性能的影响

为了研究双级轴向旋流器流量分配对燃烧室性能的影响,设计了两种不同流量分配的旋流器,对匹配该旋流器的全环燃烧室进行了地面点火、熄火和燃烧室出口温度场测量试验。试验结果表明,增大一级、二级旋流器气量比,燃烧室的点火性能提高了17%,但是熄火性能降低了10。6%;增大一级、二级旋流器气量比,可以明显改善燃烧室的出口温度分布,其中OTDF降低了28%,RTDF基本不变。
The Effect of Flow Distribution in Dual Stage Axial Cyclone on Combustion Chamber Performance
In order to study the effect of flow distribution in a two-stage axial cyclone on the performance of the combustion chamber,two different flow distribution cyclones were designed.The experimental results show that increasing the gas flow ratio of the first and second stage cyclones improves the ignition performance of the combustion chamber by 17%,but reduces the flameout performance by 10.6%;Increasing the gas flow ratio of the first and second stage cyclones can significantly improve the outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber,with OTDF reduced by 28%and RTDF basically unchanged.
