Study on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Learning Self-efficacy of Higher Vocational Students
Vocational college students exhibit varying degrees of low learning self-efficacy,such as lack of learning motivation,learning goals,and motivation.This phenomenon is becoming increasingly common and must be given more attention.This article conducts a questionnaire survey to study the influencing factors and countermeasures of learning self-efficacy among students majoring in road engineering cost in a certain vocational college.Descriptive statistics,differential analysis,and correlation analysis are conducted on demographic sociology questionnaires,learning self-efficacy scales,and influencing factor scales.The results showed that the average values of students'self-efficacy in learning,self-efficacy in learning ability,and self-efficacy in learning behavior were 3.577,3.497,and 3.664,respectively,which were all above average levels with a standard deviation of about 0.1,indicating low data dispersion;The self-efficacy of learning ability and learning behavior are significantly correlated with personal,school,and parental factors,but not with social factors.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of learning self-efficacy,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve students'self-efficacy,in order to have certain reference significance for the education and teaching theory of vocational colleges.
