摘要
当前,我国国有企业正处于深化改革的重要阶段,人事管理体制作为企业的重要管理依据,对于推动企业组织人事管理体制改革至关重要.国有企业应结合时代发展的要求和企业持续发展的目标,制定科学的人才管理制度,解决企业组织人事管理中存在的问题,不断升级经营管理理念,科学制定企业组织人事管理规划方案,将企业打造成吸引、培养及应用人才的战略高地,有效促进国有企业的健康发展.
Abstract
At present,Chinese enterprises are in an important stage of deepening reform,and the personnel management system,as an important management basis for enterprises,is crucial for promoting the reform of organizational personnel management system.Enterprises should develop a scientific talent management system in accordance with the requirements of the times and the goals of sustainable development,solve the problems in organizational personnel management,continuously upgrade their business management concepts,scientifically formulate organizational personnel management plans,and build the enterprise into a strategic highland for attracting,cultivating,and applying talents,effectively promoting the healthy development of the enterprise.
