摘要
本文阐述了农业科研档案的内涵以及农业科研档案在"三农"工作、科研创新和科研学术中的价值,分析档案归档、档案管理人员、档案工作制度、信息网络技术应用和档案利用等方面存在的问题,从重视科研档案管理、合理配备管理人员、完善相关制度、提升管理信息化水平和充分发挥档案价值等角度论述加强档案管理的对策,为科研档案服务社会经济发展提供理论支持.
Abstract
This paper expounds the connotation of agricultural research archives and its value in the"three rural"work,scientific research innovation and scientific research academics,analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of archives archiving,archives management personnel,archives work system,information network technology application and archives utilization,and explores the countermeasures to strengthen archives management from the perspectives of attaching importance to scientific research archives management,reasonably allocating management personnel,improving relevant systems,improving the level of management informatization and giving full play to the value of archives,so as to provide support for scientific research archives to serve social and economic development.
