低碳节能理念下可再生混凝土的制备技术

本文提出了低碳节能理念下可再生混凝土的制备技术,设计了不同的配比方案,制备了混凝土试件。在抗压强度、总开裂面积应用性能指标测试中,发现四种不同纳米SiO2 掺量(0%、0。5%、1。0%、1。5%)下,再生混凝土的应用性能存在明显差异。实验结果表明,1%纳米SiO2 掺量的混凝土试件具有最高的抗压强度,同时单位面积内的总开裂面积达到了最小值203。1mm2。希望本文可以为提高建筑材料的可持续性和促进可再生混凝土的应用提供参考。
Preparation Technology of Renewable Concrete under the Concept of Low Carbon and Energy Conservation
Propose the preparation technology of renewable concrete under the concept of low-carbon and energy-saving,this study designed different proportioning schemes,concrete specimens were prepared.In the application performance index testing of compressive strength and total cracking area,it was found that under four different nano SiO2 dosages(0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%),there are significant differences in the application performance of recycled concrete.The experimental results indicate that,1%nano-SiO2 mixed concrete specimen exhibits the highest compressive strength,meanwhile,the total cracking area per unit area reached the minimum value of 203.1mm2.To provide reference for improving the sustainability of building materials and promoting the application of renewable concrete.
