The Influence of Kinematic Viscosity of Oil Phase Materials on the Emulsification Effect of Explosives
Explosive emulsion technology has always played an important role in the military,mineral,and civilian fields.However,the optimization of emulsification effect has always been the key to the preparation of explosives,which has a decisive impact on the overall performance of explosives.Based on this,this article briefly discusses the emulsification of explosives,analyzes the kinematic viscosity of oil phase materials,and explores the influence of the kinematic viscosity of oil phase materials on the emulsification effect of explosives from the aspects of emulsification stability,particle size distribution,and emulsification speed.Measures to improve the emulsification effect are proposed,in order to provide reference and reference for optimizing the emulsification effect of explosives.
