Influence of the Low-load Operation of the Thermal Power Unit on the Reliability of the Final Blade
Low-load operation of thermal power units is a common operation mode in modern power system dispatching. However, under the condition of low load operation, the final blade of the thermal power unit is faced with many adverse factors such as temperature change, operating vibration, corrosion and wear, which have a significant impact on the reliability of the final blade. This paper first summarizes the characteristics of thermal power units and their low load operation, analyzes the specific influence of low load operation on the reliability of the final blade, and focuses on the influence mechanism of temperature fluctuation, vibration and corrosion and wear. Finally, this paper proposes some measures to improve the reliability of the end blade, including optimizing the operation parameters, improving the blade materials and design, and establishing the operation status monitoring and early warning system.Through these measures,it can effectively improve the reliability of the final blade under the low load operation condition, and the safe and stable operation of the thermal power units can be guaranteed.
