高层建筑物变形监测技术方法探析

高层建筑高度较高,一旦建筑结构发生变形,就会对整个建筑的结构安全性、稳固性造成严重威胁。因此,必须全面落实高层建筑体的变形监测工作,采取科学合理的监测技术方法,保障高层建筑的使用安全。基于此,本文以泸州市龙马潭区抚琴山水安置房(二期)项目为例,根据现场检测具体情况,采取先进、高效的监测方式,对监测目标展开监测,了解监测目标的变形专科,为委托方作出合理决策提供依据。
Deformation Monitoring Technology of High-rise Buildings
High-rise buildings because the height is relatively high,once the building structure deformation,it will have a serious impact on the structural safety and stability of the entire building,so it is necessary to fully implement the deformation monitoring work of high-rise buildings,take scientific and reasonable monitoring technology methods,in order to ensure the use of high-rise buildings safety.Taking the Fuqin Mountain Water resettlement House(Phase II)project in Longmatan District,Luzhou City as an example,this paper adopts advanced and effcient monitoring methods to monitor the monitoring target and understand the deformation specialty of the monitoring target,so as to provide valuable basis for the client to make reasonable decisions.
