摘要
本文在综合归纳建筑工程施工监理问题的基础上,详细阐述了改善建筑工程施工监理工作的对策,通过规范监理市场、制定合理监理取费标准、建立健全管理体系、找准施工监理定位、提升监理人员素质、建立监理交底工作制度等措施,充分发挥建筑工程施工监理的应有作用,以期为相关工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper firstly analyses the problems existing in the construction supervision of building projects,and then elaborates on the countermeasures to improve the construction supervision of building projects,and promotes the construction supervision of building projects to play its due role by regulating the supervision market,formulating a reasonable supervision fee standard,establishing and perfecting the management system,locating the positioning of the construction supervision,improving the quality of the supervision personnel,and establishing a supervisory delivery work system and other measures,to provide reference for related work.
