电力现场安全管理体系的不足与改进措施研究

摘要
为了提高电力现场安全管理体系的有效性,本文深入研究电力现场安全管理体系的不足与改进措施,结合电力现场安全管理体系的构成与现阶段存在的不足,从加强安全管理、完善安全管理体系、提高员工的安全意识和操作技能、加强应急预案和处置能力建设以及严格安全监督和考核等角度出发,提出了具体的改进建议,以期为电力现场的安全生产提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
In order to improve the effectiveness of the power site safety management system,in-depth research is conducted on the shortcomings and improvement measures of the power site safety management system.Based on the composition of the power site safety management system and the current shortcomings,specific improvement suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of strengthening safety management,improving the safety management system,enhancing employee safety awareness and operational skills,strengthening emergency plans and response capacity construction,and strict safety supervision and assessment,in order to provide reference and reference for the safety production of power sites.
