摘要
积极开展群众文化工作,可以有效满足群众日益增长的精神文化需求,切实促进社会和谐与稳定.基于此,本文主要探讨了新时代群众文化工作的创新发展.首先,概括了新形势下群众文化活动策划与组织的价值.其次,分析了群众文化建设中存在的问题.最后,提出了新时代群众文化工作的创新发展路径.希望借此提高社会各界对群众文化工作的重视,为群众文化的创新发展提供参考.
Abstract
Actively carrying out mass cultural work can effectively meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses and effectively promote social harmony and stability.This paper mainly discusses the innovative development of mass cultural work in the new era.First of all,the value of planning and organizing mass cultural activities under the new situation was summarized.Secondly,the problems existing in the construction of mass culture are analyzed.Finally,the innovative development path of mass cultural work in the new era is proposed,in order to improve the attention of all sectors of society to mass cultural work and provide reference for the innovative development of mass culture.
