摘要
本文针对当前国有事业单位、科研院所面临的现状,结合国家"十四五"发展总体规划以及对我国经济战略环境的思考,详细分析了国有科研院所发展的战略环境,并对后续的战略规划和发展改革工作进行了全面分析、展望,以期为其他单位的改革转型工作提供借鉴和思考.
Abstract
In view of the current situation faced by state-owned institutions and scientific research institutes,combined with the national"14th Five-Year Plan"development plan and the thinking on China's economic strategic environment,this paper analyzes the strategic environment for the development of state-owned scientific research institutes in detail,and looks forward to and plans the follow-up strategic reform work,in order to provide reference and thinking for the reform and transformation of other units.
