摘要
烟草商业企业各县级局(营销部)改革基层所(站)管理模式,推动了基层基础管理转型升级.本文拟在基层所(站)探索基于战略落实执行工具——OGSM的基层所(站)"五清工作法",借助科学的工具、系统的方法以及健全的体系,确保管服策略变成每一层级、每一个部门以及与每个人步调协同一致的工作计划,并贯彻执行,推动基层所(站)市场监管和营销服务落地.
Abstract
Under the new situation,tobacco commercial enterprises'county-level bureaus(sales departments)have reformed the management models of their grass-roots departments(stations),promoting the transformation and upgrading of grass-roots basic management.This paper aims to explore the"Five-Clear Working Method"for grass-roots departments(stations)based on the strategic implementation tool-OGSM.By utilizing scientific tools,systematic methods,and a sound system,it ensures that after the management and service strategy is determined,it becomes a coordinated work plan for every level,every department,and every individual,and is implemented accordingly.This approach aims to promote the implementation of market supervision and marketing services in grass-roots departments(stations).
