摘要

智能电网电力营销信息化建设有利于维持企业的品牌声誉,提高企业的运营效益,是电力企业顺应社会发展大趋势的必然选择.基于此,本文分析了电力企业在智能电网下电力营销信息化建设面对的主要挑战,并提出了电力营销信息化建设的路径建议,包括革新电力营销理念、健全电力营销管理、强化软件建设、优化业务流程等,为针对性解决软硬件适配、信息化体系建设和信息安全等问题提供有益参考.

Abstract

The information construction of power marketing under smart grid is conducive to maintaining the brand reputation of enterprises and improving the operational efficiency of enterprises,and it is also an inevitable choice for power enterprises to conform to the general trend of social development.This paper analyzes the main challenges faced by power enterprises in the construction of power marketing informatization under smart grid,and puts forward some suggestions on the path of power marketing informatization construction,including innovating power marketing concepts,improving power marketing management,strengthening software construction,optimizing business processes,etc.,so as to provide effective reference for solving the problems of software and hardware adaptation,information system construction planning and lag,information security and so on.
