某电解铝项目氧化铝输送方案的比选及探讨

目前,电解铝厂的氧化铝输送方式主要有四种,即散装输送、容器输送、机械输送和气力输送。为实现节能降耗、减排增效,电解生产所需大宗原料(氧化铝)的输送是各方关注的重点,结合项目实际特点,本文提出了技术可行、经济合理的方案,以期为项目决策提供参考。
Comparison&Discussion on the Selection of Alumina Conveying Proposal for a Certain Aluminum Smelter Project
At present,there are four main ways of conveying alumina in aluminum smelter,namely bulk conveying,container conveying,mechanical conveying,and pneumatic conveying.In order to achieve energy conservation,consumption reduction,emission reduction and efficiency improvement,the transportation of bulk raw materials(alumina)required for electrolytic production is a key concern for all parties.Based on the actual characteristics of the project,this article proposes a technically feasible and economically reasonable plan,in order to provide reference for project decision-making.
