针对华亭煤田冲击地压矿井现有监测防治技术和装备不能满足智能化建设要求、各矿井之间矿压监测数据相对孤立、矿井群内无法实现全面协同监测预警等问题,本研究在现有冲击地压监测防治技术和装备的基础上,综合运用无线传输、物联网、大数据、云计算、智能化开采等先进技术手段,研究智能化冲击地压监测预警云计算技术,建设智能化冲击地压防治矿井群联合专网、监测预警与安全生产智能管理云平台,以及集团级智能化冲击地压防治感知层、动静态大数据平台,进一步研究巨厚冲击型煤田智能化冲击地压防治关键技术和防冲钻孔机器人,全面推进智能化冲击地压防治示范矿井建设进程。
Research on the Construction of Intelligent Demonstration Mines for Preventing and Controlling Rock Burst in Thick Impact Coalfields
In response to the existing monitoring and prevention technologies and equipment for rockburst in the Huating Coalfield,which cannot meet the requirements of intelligent construction,as well as the relative isolation of rockburst monitoring data among various mines,and the inability to achieve comprehensive collaborative monitoring and early warning within the mine group,wireless transmission,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,etc.are comprehensively utilized on the basis of existing rockburst monitoring and prevention technologies and equipment Advanced technological means such as intelligent mining,research on intelligent monitoring and warning cloud computing technology for rock burst,and construction of an intelligent joint network for rock burst prevention and control of mine groups,as well as an intelligent monitoring and warning and safety production management cloud platform;And on this basis,we will build a group level intelligent perception layer for rock burst prevention and control,as well as a dynamic and static big data platform.We will further study the key technologies for intelligent rock burst prevention and control in thick impact coal fields and anti impact drilling robots,and comprehensively promote the construction process of intelligent rock burst prevention and control demonstration mines.
