Research on Investment Evaluation System for Trans-provincial Transmission Projects in the Electricity Market Environment
At present,China has not yet established a comprehensive evaluation system for the investment benefits of cross provincial and cross regional special projects.With the development of the electricity market and the construction of new power systems,effectively evaluating the investment benefits of existing projects and guiding the investment planning of incremental projects have become important contents of supervision and enterprise operation work.This article starts with the problems existing in the analysis of the investment benefits of cross provincial and cross regional special projects,analyzes the impact of the electricity market environment on the evaluation indicators of the investment benefits of special projects,and establishes an evaluation system for the investment benefits of cross provincial and cross regional special projects from three aspects:environmental indicators,social indicators,and economic indicators,in order to provide reference for the investment and construction of cross provincial and cross regional special projects.
