摘要

水电站"无人值班(少人值班)"模式广泛应用过程中,计算机监控系统占据主导地位,机组LCU在水电站整个计算机监控系统中属于主体结构之一.本文主要介绍了水电站机组LCU基本构造与性能,阐述了机组LCU在施工现场的调试项目与调试流程,主要包括无水调试和有水调试两大项,并对现场调试人员在调试过程中需要注意的问题和技术要求进行了总结.

Abstract

In the widespread application of the"unmanned(few person on duty)"mode in hydropower stations,the computer monitoring system occupies a dominant position,and the unit LCU is one of the main structures in the entire computer monitoring system of the hydropower station.This article mainly introduces the basic structure and performance of the LCU of hydropower station units,elaborates on the commissioning projects and processes of the unit LCU at the construction site,mainly including two major items:waterless commissioning and water commissioning.It also summarizes the issues and technical requirements that on-site commissioning personnel need to pay attention to during the commissioning process.
