腐蚀控制手册技术在减压塔顶冷凝系统腐蚀监测中的指导应用

抚顺石化公司加工原油以大庆原油为主,实际操作中发现该原油的盐含量波动较大,导致设备防腐问题突出,因此采用以腐蚀回路及腐蚀控制手册技术为核心的设备防腐管理方法控制和解决装置腐蚀问题。本文对抚顺石化常减压装置进行腐蚀回路技术分析。该装置总计分为19条腐蚀回路,其中8条回路存在高风险部位,最终在腐蚀控制手册编写阶段确定每条回路的监测策略及完整性操作窗口。根据回路分析建议,设立了腐蚀在线监测点。因为减顶冷凝系统回路分析风险为高等级,所以设立了探针监测点。监测点的应用结果表明,采用腐蚀控制手册技术能够指导腐蚀监测系统的科学选点工作,真正发现装置的腐蚀风险,保障安全生产。
Corrosion Control Manual Technology Guide Application to Corrosion Monitoring of Condensing Systems on Top of Decompression Towers
Fushun Petrochemical Company mainly processes Daqing crude oil as the main crude oil.In actual operation,it was found that the salt content of this crude oil fluctuates greatly,leading to prominent equipment anti-corrosion problems.Therefore,an equipment anti-corrosion management method with corrosion circuit and corrosion control manual technology as the core is adopted to control and solve the corrosion problem of the equipment.A corrosion circuit technical analysis was conducted on the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Fushun Petrochemical.The unit is divided into a total of 19 corrosion circuits,of which 8 circuits have high-risk areas.Finally,the monitoring and testing strategy and integrity operation window for each circuit were determined during the corrosion control manual writing stage.Based on circuit analysis recommendations,online corrosion monitoring points have been established.Due to the high level of risk in the analysis of the cooling system circuit,a probe monitoring point was established.Through thickness measurement and review,it was found that the nearby 1m elbow had significantly reduced thickness,indicating that the probe had timely detected the corrosion risk.The application results of monitoring points indicate that the use of corrosion control manual technology can guide the scientific selection of corrosion monitoring systems,truly discover the corrosion risk of devices,and ensure safe production.
