Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Students'Learning Burnout
Through the questionnaire survey,the influencing factors and countermeasures of learning burnout were studied about students majoring in road engineering cost in a higher vocational college.Through descriptive statistics and differential analysis of the demographic sociology questionnaire and learning burnout scale,results were showed that the total mean score of students'academic burnout was 64.06±7.33 points,The average score was 3.203±0.367.The burnout was at a moderate level,the detection rate of burnout was only 33.2%.Variables such as graduation school,gender,grade,family location,parents'education level,whether to be a student leader and family income had significant differences with burnout.Nextly,the influencing factors of learning burnout were attributed to personal internal factors and environmental external factors.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were putted forward to reduce students'learning burnout.The results of this study had some complementary significance to the educational teaching theory in higher vocational colleges.
