As the scale of China's college graduates rises year by year,the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe.Through the questionnaire survey,the relationship between college students'personal attributes,behavior patterns,behavior trajectories and other factors and personal career development was analyzed in depth,and a personal career development evaluation system based on college students'behavior analysis was constructed,which provided an effective way and method to promote the all-round development of college students,help the sustainable and healthy development of college career education,and explore and improve the level of college students'personal career development.
