In the context of the new era,China's economy has shifted from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,with an increasingly urgent demand for highly-skilled talent.Technical education,as the main front for cultivating highly-skilled talent,faces challenges such as uneven distribution of educational resources and a disconnect between teaching content and market demand.This article is based on the newly revised"Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China"and"Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of High skilled Talent Teams in the New Era"and other regulations and policy guidance,and deeply studies the strategies for improving the quality and excellence of the construction of high skilled talent teams in vocational education.Through literature review and field investigation,measures have been proposed to optimize the vocational education curriculum system,strengthen practical teaching,enhance the quality of the teaching staff,and improve the evaluation system for skilled talents.The importance of school enterprise cooperation and integrated development of industry,academia,research,and application has been emphasized to improve the quality and efficiency of cultivating high-tech talents,in order to promote the reform and development of vocational education,meet the demand for high skilled talents in society,and promote sustainable and healthy economic and social development.
