The Difficulties and Countermeasures Faced by"Breaking"and"Establishing"in the Evaluation of Young Science and Technology Talents
Young scientific and technological talents are the main force of technological innovation and development,and also the vanguard of scientific research and overcoming difficulties.In recent years,the country has taken the"Three Evaluations"as the reform object,and focused on"reducing quantity","reducing burden",and"breaking the four standards".A series of policy documents have been intensively introduced,which has played a positive role in helping young scientific and technological talents"grow strong and emerge".This article analyzes the current situation of the evaluation reform of young scientific and technological talents in China in recent years from the perspectives of"breaking"and"establishing".In response to the difficulties faced by the current evaluation reform of young scientific and technological talents,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects:promoting the"four only"reform to deepen,integrating"multidimensional standards"to evaluate young talents,promoting policy implementation and effectiveness through multiple measures,and exploring a mechanism for selecting the best and stabilizing support.
