Exploring the Optimization Path of Performance Assessment for Public Security Intelligence Personnel
As an important tool of scientific management,performance appraisal plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of intelligence personnel,promoting the healthy development of the team,and promoting the realization of goals.At present,public security and intelligence departments in various localities have carried out useful explorations in performance appraisal work,but there are still problems such as a single main structure of the appraisal,unreasonable design of appraisal indicators,and lack of supporting systems.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes to further optimize and improve the performance appraisal of public security intelligence personnel by introducing multiple performance appraisal subjects,designing evaluation indicators by position,and establishing corresponding supporting systems.
