In the context of smart health,this paper constructs a multi-party game model consisting of primary hospitals,general hospitals and health insurance institutions,develops a two-way referral mechanism for chronic disease prevention and treatment in medical consortiums,and a collaborative fee-control strategy for healthcare and healthcare insurance,with a view to solving the information asymmetry between chronic disease patients and medical institutions,primary hospitals and general hospitals,improving the efficiency of the utilisation of healthcare resources,lowering the total cost of healthcare for the whole society and enhancing the adherence to treatment and quality of life of chronic disease patients.Improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
