It is of great significance to have a comprehensive understanding of scientific and technological achievements,and to deeply explore the application value of scientific and technological achievements,in order to improve the efficiency and practical value of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This article is based on the theory and technology of user profiling,combined with the characteristics of scientific and technological achievements of power grid enterprises,to construct a multidimensional achievement labeling system.By using aggregated multidimensional labels of scientific and technological achievements,a multidimensional portrait of scientific and technological achievements is formed,which makes the scientific and technological achievements"one map"known and provides decision support for the deep mining of the value of scientific and technological achievements and intelligent management.
