This paper comprehensively reviews the research progress and future prospects of perovskite solar cells.This paper first discusses the development status of solar cells,including the status of silicon-based solar cells and the development of emerging photovoltaic technology,and then introduces the research and development of perovskite solar cells in detail,covering material selection,preparation technology,interface engineering,structural design and stability research.Finally,the latest research progress of perovskite solar cells in photoelectric conversion efficiency,large-scale production,series technology and future development direction is analyzed to provide more perspectives and rich information for researchers in this field.
