摘要

为确定某变转速涡轴发动机验证机的性能调试方案,本文根据各部件性能要素的设计和试验结果,分别按照单要素偏差、单部件偏差、所有部件综合性能偏差对整机性能的影响进行了计算评估.结合发动机已进行的试验结果,制定了部件改进设计要求和优化调试方案.试验结果表明,优化方案达到了预期效果,发动机性能可以满足验证机阶段的设计指标.

Abstract

In order to choose a performance adjustment scheme of a given turboshaft engine,based on the each component performance essential design and rig tests results,the different errors influence such as single essential,single component performance,all components total performance on the turboshaft engine total performance were calculated.The design requirements of improved components and the components matching performance schemes were established with the above calculation results and engine test data.Engine rig test results show that the components matching and optimization is effective and the engine total performance meets the design targets of validation engine period.
