Design of Desulfurization Absorption Tower Foundation for Thermal Power Plants
The desulfurization absorption tower is an important equipment used in thermal power plants to reduce sulfur dioxide emissions.The basic design needs to meet the requirements of structural safety,stability,durability,and economic rationality.During the design process,it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors such as geological conditions,load conditions,material properties,and construction techniques.Based on this,this article mainly explores the methods for achieving safety and economy in the design of desulfurization absorption tower foundations.Through analysis and research on various regulatory provisions,combined with actual project design experience,the main control indicators of the desulfurization absorption tower foundation and the reasonable range of foundation burial depth have been summarized;By analyzing the actual stress on the shallow foundation of the desulfurization absorption tower,a design method of using the absorption tower foundation as a rigid foundation is proposed.
