Design and Application of life Cycle Management System for Science and Technology Projects
State Grid Corporation of China has deeply implemented the requirements of"one leadership,three transformations",fully supported the construction of world-class energy internet enterprises with"three types and two grids",and emphasized the standardization and lean management of technology projects.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of science and technology project management and cope with the management challenges brought about by the rapid increase in the number and scale of science and technology projects,this paper designs a set of science and technology project group life cycle management system based on the successful project group management experience(MSP)and project coding technology based on the successful project group management experience(MSP)and project coding technology,which is used to help organizations plan,execute and monitor science and technology projects.
