Research on Optimization of Training System for Power Grid Enterprises Based on Lean Empowerment Promotion
State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company is a state-owned super-large enterprise engaged in power transmission,distribution,sale and service.It dispatches Shanghai power grid in a unified way and participates in the formulation and implementation of Shanghai electric power,power grid development planning and rural electrification.This article takes State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company as an example tostudy its training system.The research results indicate that,the company takes the realization of"two cycles and two integrations"of lean management and business management as the key work,and sets out to build a multi-integrated and layered training model for improving lean empowerment of teams and groups,taking talents as the center,following the concept of lean management,concisely transforming the practical value of knowledge assets,providing strategies and paths for grassroots teams and groups to improve their lean ability,and boosting the construction of core teams and groups in the whole business.
