Recently,there have been frequent fire accidents in rental housing,which is not conducive to effectively improving the quality of production and life of the people.Residents inside rental properties should pay more attention to fire safety issues in their daily lives,and adopt and develop more effective solutions to address existing problems.Based on this,this article conducts a more in-depth study and analysis from three perspectives:the significance and requirements of fire safety management,research on fire safety issues in residential rental housing,and governance and solution methods for fire safety issues in residential rental housing,in order to provide reference for fire safety management in rental housing.
