摘要
本文旨在探讨基于数字孪生技术的机务检修智能化运营.构建统一的管理平台,可以将分散的子系统资源进行整合,优化厂区安防业务管理.采用数字孪生技术,可以在虚拟环境中模拟和分析真实世界的机务检修操作,预测和解决潜在问题,提高运营效率和安全性.这种方法不仅可以提高作业现场的"四化水平"(信息化、数字化、标准化、智能化),还能够实现安全、高效的作业环境.本文详细分析了数字孪生技术在机务检修智能化运营中的应用,并探讨其对铁路行业发展的推动作用.
Abstract
This article aims to explore the intelligent operation of locomotive maintenance based on digital twins.Building a unified management platform can integrate dispersed subsystem resources and optimize the management of factory security business.By adopting digital twin technology,it is possible to simulate and analyze real-world maintenance operations in a virtual environment,predict and solve potential problems,and improve operational efficiency and safety.This method can not only improve the"four modernizations"(informatization,digitization,standardization,and intelligence)of the work site,but also achieve a safe and efficient work environment.This article provides a detailed analysis of the application of digital twin technology in the intelligent operation of locomotive maintenance,and explores its potential impact on the development of the railway industry.
