Application of Movement Line Optimization Technology to Improve the Standardized Management Level of Tobacco Logistics Operation Site
The cigarette logistics and distribution centers of the National Tobacco Commercial system have reached or are close to the advanced level in terms of infrastructure investment and hardware configuration level after several rounds of reconstruction and technological transformation,but they still have relatively weak standardization management in operation on-site.There is an urgent need for effective tools and methods to improve the level of management.This article proposes to study the internal dynamic line optimization and general design principles,technical methods,and tool applications in the joint workshop,and to analyze actual cases,promote commercial logistics projects,standardize and guide the dynamic line design and optimization work of the cigarette logistics and distribution center's joint workshop in the tobacco industry,and improve the standardization management level of the operation on-site.
