摘要
随着信息技术的发展和经济全球化的推进,我国综合国力显著提升,农田水利工程的建设与管理逐渐受到重视.农田水利工程不仅是保障农业生产的重要条件,也是促进农村经济发展、改善农民生活条件的关键因素.因此,科学合理地规划、设计和管理农田水利工程显得尤为重要.基于此,本文探讨农田水利工程的规划设计与管理策略,以期为我国农田水利工程项目的有效开展提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the development of information technology and the advancement of economic globalization,China's comprehensive national strength has significantly improved,and the construction and management of agricultural water conservancy projects have gradually received attention.Farmland water conservancy projects are not only important conditions for ensuring agricultural production,but also key factors for promoting rural economic development and improving farmers'living conditions.Therefore,it is particularly important to scientifically and reasonably plan,design,and manage agricultural water conservancy projects.Based on this,this article aims to explore the planning,design,and management strategies of agricultural water conservancy projects,in order to provide reference for the effective development of agricultural water conservancy projects in China.
