建筑工程桩基础施工技术探析

摘要
建筑项目中桩基础施工十分重要,直接关系到结构的稳定性与安全性.如果桩基础施工存在问题,就会降低基础承载力,引发结构事故.当前,桩基础施工技术越来越成熟,在建筑项目中可以选择多种桩基础形式,但每种桩基础都有对应的适用条件和结构特点.施工建设期间,应合理选择并强化施工过程中的技术管控,提高桩基础施工效果,保障桩基承载力.基于此,本文探究了桩基础类型,引入案例分析法着重讨论了桩基础施工的技术要点,以期为同类型项目提供参考.
Abstract
The construction of pile foundation in construction projects is very critical,and the construction effect of this link is related to the stability and safety of the structure.For example,there are problems in the pile foundation construction,which will reduce the bearing capacity of the foundation and cause structural accidents.At present,the construction technology of pile foundation is becoming more and more mature,and a variety of pile foundation forms can be selected in construction projects,but each pile foundation has its applicable conditions and structural characteristics.During the construction period,relevant personnel should choose reasonably,strengthen the technical control in the construction process,improve the construction effect of pile foundation,and ensure the bearing capacity of pile foundation.Based on this,this paper explores the type of pile foundation,and introduces the case analysis method to discuss the technical points of pile foundation construction,in order to provide reference for the same type of projects.
