本文基于精益管理理念,为精益工具深度融合应用于班组层面的作业场景,设计构建了支撑全过程能力提升的精益工具地图.根据各流程业务场景的特点和要求,匹配适宜的精益工具,并提供基于过程实施的"准备—诊断—应用"改进模式,更好地帮助班组掌握精益工具的应用策略,提高实际作业场景下精益工具地图的运用能力,实现精益管理与业务管理"双循环、两融合",支撑整体绩效目标和战略目标的达成.
Based on the concept of lean management,a lean tool map has been designed and constructed to deeply integrate lean tools into team level job scenarios.The map supports the improvement of overall process capabilities,matches suitable lean tools according to the characteristics and requirements of each process business scenario,and provides a"preparation diagnosis application"improvement mode based on process implementation to better help teams master the application strategies of lean tools,improve the ability to use lean tool maps in actual job scenarios,achieve"dual circulation and integration"of lean management and business management,and support the achievement of overall performance goals and strategic objectives.
