Exploration of Refined Evaluation and Management Standards for Party Branches
The fine evaluation standard system for party branches aims to develop a set of fine evaluation management standards for party branches,in order to deepen the mutual promotion of party building work and business work,and enhance the executive power of grassroots party organizations and the comprehensive quality of party members.Through studying relevant literature and policies and regulations,combined with the actual situation,this article constructs the branch construction index,branch standard index,branch pioneer index and branch brand index,and designs corresponding evaluation indicators and scoring standards.In addition,this article also proposes a dynamic management system and digital model to enhance the scientific and precise nature of evaluation management.The research results will provide a reasonable and practical evaluation system for grassroots party organizations,and promote the innovation and development of party building work.
