摘要
科研事业单位建立公平合理的绩效分配及奖励机制,是提高科研人员积极性的一项重要举措.本文以科研人员为研究对象,对其绩效考核分配与激励机制进行了分析探讨,旨在确立一套公平合理的绩效分配和激励制度,以此激发科研人员的积极性,吸引并聚集专业优秀人才,增强科研事业单位的核心竞争力.
Abstract
The establishment of a fair and reasonable performance distribution and reward mechanism by scientific research institutions is an important measure to improve the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel.This paper analyzes and discusses the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of scientific researchers,aiming to establish a fair and reasonable performance distribution and incentive mechanism system,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific researchers,attract and gather outstanding professionals,and maintain the core competitiveness of scientific research institutions.
