The Xu'er gas reservoir in western Sichuan is a typical tight gas reservoir,which faces challenges such as high rupture pressure,high construction pressure,difficulty in increasing construction displacement,and difficulty in adding sand.For this purpose,technical measures such as pre acid fracturing and post effect perforation fracturing technology,multifunctional composite proppants,and ultra-high pressure construction have been adopted.On site applications have shown that the pre acid and post effect perforation technologies can reduce the maximum burst pressure by up to 10MPa,and the single stage maximum sand concentration of the multifunctional composite proppant can reach 180kg/m3,ensuring the large-scale development and production increase of Xu'er reserves.
