摘要

在数字化赋能新型电力系统和电力公司高质量发展过程中,基层运维人员如何贯彻数字化发展理念,从提升素质能力、风险管控能力、缺陷排查能力三个方面提升整体工作质效,成为当前面临的重要课题.本文通过构建数字化知识体系,明确建设原则,依托数字化低代码平台,创建数字化"三库"应用,在提升专业工作质效的同时,为基层员工减负松绑.

Abstract

In the process of digitally empowering the new power system and the high-quality development of power companies,how to pursue the concept of digital development for grass-roots operation and maintenance personnel,and improve the quality and efficiency of the overall staff work from three aspects:improving quality and ability,risk management and control ability,and defect investigation ability,has become an important issue currently faced by power communication operation and maintenance personnel.By constructing a digital knowledge system,clarifying the construction principles,relying on the digital low-code platform,creating a digital'three libraries'application,while improving the quality and efficiency of professional work,reducing the burden on employees.
