在现代工程建设中,砂石骨料作为混凝土的主要组成部分,其质量直接影响工程质量和安全。本文研究的图像处理和深度学习技术被应用于砂石骨料的质量检测,以提高检测的准确性和效率。采集砂石骨料的图像数据,利用图像处理技术提取特征参数,再通过深度学习模型进行质量等级判别,可以快速识别砂石骨料质量,该方法能有效区分不同质量等级的砂石骨料,为混凝土质量控制提供技术支持。
The QualityDetection of Aggregate is Studied by Image Processing and Depth Learning
In modern engineering construction,sand and stone aggregate as the main component of concrete,its quality directly affects the project quality and safety,image processing and depth learning technology is applied to the quality detection of sand and stone aggregate,to improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.By collecting the image data of sand and stone aggregate,extracting the characteristic parameters by image processing technology,and discriminating the quality grade by depth learning model,the fast quality recognition of sand and stone aggregate is realized,this method can effectively distinguish different quality grades of aggregate,and provide technical support for the quality control of concrete.
