摘要

铁路施工安全及人员人身安全是铁路运输工作的重要内容.本文以包神铁路为例,针对包神铁路施工安全人工防护体系的不足,建立基于"平台+终端"的智能管控防护体系,落实"大小四联控协同保安全"理念,并从安全预警模型、环境监测体系、融合通信体系三个方面,提出了四联控体系的优化建议,以期为提高铁路运输工作的安全性和规范性提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Railway construction safety and personal safety of personnel are important aspects of railway transportation work.This article takes the Baoshen Railway as an example to address the shortcomings of the manual protection system for construction safety.It establishes an intelligent control and protection system based on"platform+terminal",implements the concept of"big and small four link control collaborative safety",and proposes optimization suggestions for the four link control system from three aspects:safety warning model,environmental monitoring system,and integrated communication system,in order to improve the safety and standardization of railway transportation work and provide reference and inspiration.
