某型发动机进气道空气流量测量研究

Research on the Intake air Flow Measurement of a Certain Engine

本文通过对带钟形管的进气道进行数值仿真分析,对比了空气流量吹风试验拟合公式和CFD方法拟合公式的差别,验证了CFD方法的准确性,分析了钟形管壁面压力分布.研究结果表明,通过CFD方法得出的空气流量拟合公式和吹风试验拟合公式吻合良好,可以辅助甚至代替吹风试验得到空气流量计算公式;带进气道的钟形管表面压力分布受进气道流场影响呈不均匀状态,进行吹风试验时需考虑进气道的影响;当钟形管长度为1.23r时(r表示进气道进口半径),宜将静压探针径向位置布置在顺气流方向0.68r~0.98r区间,即0.55~0.8倍钟形管平直段长度处.
Through the numerical simulation of the intake with bell tube,this article compared the difference between the fitting formula of the air flow obtained by the blowing experiment and the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method,verified the accuracy of the CFD method,and analyzed the pressure distribution of the wall of the bell tube.The research results show that the fitting formula obtained by CFD method is in good agreement with that obtained by the blowing experiment,which indicates that CFD method can assist or even replace the blowing experiment to get the air flow calculation formula;the pressure distribution of the bell tube affected by the flow field of the intake is uneven,so the impact of the intake should be considered when performing the blowing experiment;as the length of the bell tube is 1.23r(r represents the radius of the intake),the pressure probe should be located in the range of 0.68~0.98r along the direction of the air flow,that is,0.55~0.8 times the length of straight section the bell tube.
