The external piping of aircraft engines is one of the important factors affecting the reliability of engine operation.To test whether the vibration stress of a typical external pipeline of an aircraft engine meets the requirements,finite element analysis method was used to analyze and calculate the natural frequency and vibration stress distribution of the typical pipeline.At the same time,combined with the actual vibration stress measured by the engine bench test,the reliability requirements of the typical external pipeline were verified based on the results of the pipeline vibration fatigue test.
