迈瑞精细刀头超声刀临床性能研究

本文主要研究迈瑞精细超声刀头切割凝血性能,并探究其与行业领先产品的性能差异。在研究中使用迈瑞精细超声刀头和强生ACE+7刀头进行了切割和凝血的对比测试,主要探究迈瑞精细超声刀头与强生超声刀的性能差异。其中,切割测试统计分析切割时间、切割温度;凝血测试统计血管凝闭时间、爆破压、热损伤。测试结果表明,迈瑞精细超声刀头在切割速度和温度控制方面,与ACE+7无显著性差异,在高级凝血功能加持下,7mm以上大血管凝闭时间和爆破压均与ACE+7无统计学差异。本研究充分证明了迈瑞精细刀头超声刀的临床性能已经与行业领先产品相当,对于推进国产化替代具有重要意义。
Clinical Performance Study of Mindray Fine Blade Ultrasonic Scalpel
This article mainly studies the cutting and coagulation performance of Mindray fine ultrasonic blade,and explores its performance differences with industry-leading products.A comparative test was conducted on cutting and coagulation using Mindray Fine Ultrasonic scalpel and Johnson&Johnson ACE+7 scalpel,mainly exploring the performance differences between Mindray Fine Ultrasonic scalpel and Johnson&Johnson Ultrasonic scalpel.Among them,cutting test statistics analyze cutting time and cutting temperature;Coagulation test statistics include blood vessel clotting time,burst pressure,and thermal injury.The test results show that there is no significant difference in cutting speed and temperature control between the Mindray fine ultrasound blade and ACE+7.With advanced coagulation function,there is no statistical difference in coagulation time and burst pressure of large blood vessels over 7mm compared to ACE+7.This fully proves that the clinical performance of Mindray's fine blade ultrasonic scalpel is comparable to industry-leading products,which is of great significance for promoting domestic substitution.
