In order to serve the construction of the"Belt and Road"and meet the needs of the training of railway technical and skilled personnel in Laos of the China-Laos Railway,This paper takes the training of railway locomotive teachers of Laos Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example,Introduces the working background,Existing difficulties and solutions of training professional teachers of Laos Railway,Puts forward the ideas and solutions for the development of training courses based on virtual simulation technology,And analyzes the teaching application of"combination of virtual and real,integration of theory and reality"with the teaching case of electric locomotive simulation driving.This paper expounds the ways and practices of integrating virtual simulation technology into the training of railway talents in Laos.
